Minimum rental 5 nights.
Monday to Thursday ----  $50.00 per night
Friday to Sunday   ----- $60.00 per night
Full week special ------ $380.00 Monday to Sunday  7 nights.
During special events additional charge of $100.00 per night may apply.
On Holiday dates, rates may vary.

Upon your request, we will send you a rental agreement with all the 
information you need to fill out for a reservation.
Monthly rental may be considered.
Security deposit of $200 to be paid at the time of reservation. Full 
paymet to be received prior your arrival date.
